The Five Foundations: Lesson Seven

A one hour teaching on the forth chapter of Galatians. Many people have been taught this chapter teaches against observing the Feast Days of the LORD. Does the Christian church today observe days, or should they observe the Feasts of the LORD. What contagious disease did Paul possible have when he first established the church in Galatia? If an Apostle is sick is it because they lack faith? Did Paul condemn the very things he condoned in his own life? Why is this forth chapter difficult to rightly divide? For the interested student of GOD’S word this chapter study could be an important piece to help one see a bigger scripture. We close this brief description on our lesson with this reassurance. Huffman Church is not a legalistic, law enforcing congregation. We invite you to read our Creed to understand our statement of faith (Click Here). We are a congregation that has been born again, seeking to know all of GOD’S word from Genesis to Revelations. We believe a great injustice has been done when one is taught against understanding the laws (instruction) of GOD. These Old Testament teachings magnify Jesus Christ, and allow us to have full understanding of his words and walk. The school master of the Old Testament also keeps our thinking in balance as we walk in the SPIRIT. If our thoughts and actions do not align with the school master, then we are not walking in the Spirit. We live in a time where there are many flavors of Christianity, and many diverse doctrines taught. Nothing better than a schoolmaster to give us clarity and insight rather than trusting our feelings alone. Are there really people brave enough to trust in eternity having never once read all of what GOD has said? Our goal is to get Christians to know all that GOD said, in the context and harmony of all sixty six books of the Bible.
