Pastors Michael Joe and Shirley Kearse Senior Pastors and founders of Huffman Church since May 1992. In 1982 Pastor Michael Joe and Shirley were enjoying great success in business when someone knocked on their door and invited them to church. They both quickly realized the void in their lives could not be filled with money, possessions and positions. Now being born again the void was filled with peace, purpose and contentment. After ten years of ministerial training, evangelizing and teaching the Kearse’s were inspired to start Huffman Church. Pastors Michael Joe and Shirley understand the importants of a relevant word that preserves family and promotes spiritual growth. They have three sons and five grand children. Pastor Michael Joe is from Missouri where he meet Shirley who was originally from California. They love to travel and hike the world, however their first love is to share with others what has given them contentment, joy, purpose and made their marriage a success.
